Episode 48 - Season Finale Announcement

As you can see from the time stamp, this one is going to be very quick. It's also not as much of an announcement, or even really a season finale, as much as it is me saying that I need a week or two off from the podcast. It's nothing major. I just want to do the redesign of the Ski Rex Media HQ lackluster Studio 1 for the video fans and then get a little more structure for at least a few episodes, which will work out for both the video and audio fans. Though I feel part of the appeal is the randomness of topics, I feel that it's too random sometimes. So, let me get that done and I'll be back P.D.Q. Episode 44 - Planning For Next Season, Get Excited About A Skiing Road Trip

A couple of things got me thinking about this topic. One of those was a friend having successfully completed a cross country road trip in the days of COVID-19. The other was the news that New Zealand has beaten the outbreak. So, since I was thinking about next season anyway, I decided to put a little thought into road-tripping ski and snowboard trips for this coming season. This isn't a guide to such things. This is mostly me trying to get everyone as excited about road trips as I get about them, which could go double for a ski and snowboard trip. Episode 42 - Prep For Next Season, Prep For COIVD-19

After a short introduction based on what's going on in the U.S. right now, I get into how we might have to prepare to deal with COVID-19 restrictions during the next ski/snowboard season. I know, we all hope that we won't have to, but as the Boy Scouts say, Be Prepared. Summertime is used by a lot of us to prepare for the next winter, either with new gear or gear maintenance, tailored workouts, trip planning, and the like. Being prepared for continued COVID-19 restrictions is part of that. So, I present to you my take on it. The way I end up looking at it makes it easier than I thought it would be. If I'm right. Episode 41 - The Fascination With Lost Ski Areas
